If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.

Purpose of the website

This website has been designed in order for the users to find information on The company, book/purchase sessions, purchase products sold by The company, book a bike, register for classes and communicate with the company. Services are provided on the basis of facility and equipment availability. www.motion-cycling.ae reserves the right not to provide one or more Services where necessary facilities or equipment are not available, or for any other reason.

The contents of this website are the exclusive property of The company. Any copying, distribution, reproduction, process, sale, deception of the public regarding the real provider of this website, is strictly prohibited.

Refund and cancelation policy

Reservations for The Company classes may be cancelled without penalty by 12 hours before the start of the class cancelled. The client will get back his credit that he can re-use for 6 months. If the cancelation occurs after this deadline, the client will be charged 126 AED including VAT. A person who doesn’t show up will be charged 126AED including VAT. No refunds will be accepted.

Choice of Law

This Website, and your use hereof, or any dispute arising hereunder shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates without regard to principles of conflict of laws. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

Occasional changes can be made to the website www.motion-cycling.ae and the terms can be adjusted. By using this website, you agree that it may be subject to revisions. Users are encouraged to check regularly if they are some updates.

Payment

Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries. Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account

Payment confirmation

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
